SESSION 1

The importance of practice and preparation, is as important as the game itself. When we have a game, we are excited and ready. Our adrenaline gets us going. Adrenaline is that thing that gives you a superhuman ability to compete in the moment. Adrenaline gets released from your adrenal glands, in response to a stressful, exciting, dangerous,, or threatening situation. Adrenaline helps your body react more quickly. It makes the heart beat faster, increases blood flow to the brain and muscles. It stimulates the body.

This is controlled by emotions, which is a mental activation. We will learn how to mentally prepare to perform in practice and preparation the same way we perform in games.
