RFID LABEL PRINTING

RFID label and hangtag printing

We provide RFID label and hangtag printing, encoding and data association solutions. Using blank labels or hangtags with RFID chips, we align product information with chip data through data-driven printing, RFID printing and encoding, preparing usable item identifiers for packing, receiving and inventory counting.

BUSINESS CHALLENGE

Establish a clear reconciliation baseline

Visible printed information and chip data must refer to the same item. First define the product data, item encoding and label template to establish a reliable basis for subsequent data capture.

WORKFLOW

From task to a traceable record

  1. 01

    Prepare data and print templates

Organize the product data and data to print, then confirm the label layout and item encoding rules.

  2. 02

    Print product information

Organize printing from the data and print product information, such as text and barcodes, on labels or hangtags.

  3. 03

Encode RFID and verify by reading back

Write the agreed data to the chip, read it back to verify the encoding, and check that the printed information matches the chip data.

  4. 04

    Keep association and exception records

Keep the association between each item EPC and its product data, and record faulty labels, reprints and review results as a reference for subsequent operations.

DELIVERABLES

Potential operational outputs

  • Printing and RFID encoding records
  • Item EPC-to-product data association details
  • Faulty-label and reprint records

Labels and printers are part of the workflow too

Start with product labels and encoding rules so captured data can be matched to real goods.
